The company was incorporated in 2000 and started off making small-scale vibro separators, de-stoners, and grain processing plants. With over 20 years of experience and with Managing Director Sri. R. N. Bohra leading the company, it expanded into the processing of cotton, sunflower, and other oilseeds to provide unique, low-cost solutions for the seed and edible oil industry.
Ferro Oiltek has developed efficient machines for delinting, decortication, preparatory, solvent extraction and refinishing of edible oils. They are ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 9001:1401 UKAS Certificated. The company's headquarters are located in Ambernath (Mumbai) and cover 1000 square meters. Their manufacturing facility is based in Malkapur (Maharashtra) and is 25000 square meters with a skilled workforce of 200 technicians and state-of-the-art machinery.
Ferro Oiltek designs pressure vessels as well as entire plant layouts using advanced SolidWorks software from their in-house manufacturing facility, which is equipped with a 7D Flow waterjet, Hurco VMC, CNC Turning Centre, Juaristi Horizontal Boring Machine, and a large assembly and fabrication area.
In addition to its own manufacturing capability, Ferro Oiltek partners with MACFUGE (Servizi Industriali Srl, Italy) to provide customers with sales and service support for centrifugal separators used in producing vegetable oils, biodiesel etc.
