FX Density Separator

The Ferro Density Separator is specially designed to achieve precise and efficient separation of various materials based on differences in density. It combines the functionality of a density separator and a basket beater separator, delivering enhanced operational performance while minimizing oil loss in hulls.

The system is equipped with a variable-speed regulating feeder driven by a suitable gear motor, ensuring consistent and controlled material flow. Its specially engineered internal structure enables effective separation of uncut seeds, larger hulls, and meat powder, while maintaining low residual oil content in the hulls for improved process efficiency and product quality.
