The Pneumatic Closed-Type Seed Cleaner is a uniquely engineered machine featuring an advanced 8-stage basket beater system. It is designed to achieve maximum cleaning efficiency while minimizing wear and tear, ensuring easy maintenance, removability, and component replacement.

This cottonseed cleaning unit is a complete solution for effectively removing foreign materials and all types of impurities from raw cottonseed. It can be integrated with a specialized stone separator and vacuum feeder to enhance overall cleaning performance.

The machine produces highly cleaned seeds with increased cellulose content, making them ideal for subsequent delinting and dehulling operations. It efficiently separates un-ginned cotton, stones, metal particles, dust, and fine impurities, achieving up to 99% cleaning efficiency. This high level of cleaning protects downstream machinery such as delinters and hullers, while also improving the quality of by-products like linters and DOC (De-Oiled Cake).

Operational Procedure:
The seeds are first fed through a rotary feeder into a specialized stone separator unit. As the seeds pass through a zigzag chamber, controlled pneumatic suction lifts the lighter cottonseed, while heavier impurities such as stones and metal particles fall and are separated.

The cleaned seeds then move into an 8-stage basket beater system equipped with sieves of varying sizes. This stage removes sticky dust, un-ginned cotton, and larger impurities through a controlled beating and sieving process.

After the beating operation, the screened seeds are conveyed through a clean seed conveyor and collected at the discharge end for further processing.
