Product Description

The FX Series Decorticator is designed for efficient dehulling of oilseeds such as cottonseed, soybean, and sunflower seed, with minimal powder generation. This ensures enhanced production capacity, improved product quality, and optimal separation of hulls and kernel (meat).

The machine operates by precisely cutting the seeds and efficiently separating hulls from the kernel, delivering consistent and high-performance output. It is equipped with a heavy-duty twin-roll magnetic feeder that prevents metal contaminants from entering the system, ensuring protection of critical components.

The decorticator drum is manufactured from specially graded cold-rolled alloy steel and fitted with interchangeable knives. It is supported by heavy-duty shafts, bearings, and housings, ensuring durability and long service life.

An adjustable feed damper combined with controlled speed regulation ensures a consistent and accurate feed rate, resulting in stable operation and uniform output.

Operational Concept

The hulling process begins with an adjustable metered twin-roll feeder integrated with powerful magnets. This system ensures uniform material flow while effectively preventing foreign particles from entering the machine, thereby maintaining operational reliability and consistency.
