Product Description

The final stage of oil refining, deodorization, employs steam distillation under vacuum to remove free fatty acids (FFA), volatile compounds (such as aldehydes and ketones), and other contaminants based on their volatility and vapor pressure.

Ferro's deodorization section comprises the main FX-Deodorizer vessel, FX-Fatty Acid Scrubber, FX-Deaerator vessel, thermic fluid heating system, vacuum system, steam PRS, plate-type heat exchangers, and FX-Polish filter, along with essential auxiliary components such as flowmeters, pumps, and control valves.
